From the moment we arrived, Martina made us feel like family. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the garden offered a peaceful retreat after our daily adventures in beautiful Ballyhaunis. Just one tip, enjoy a morning cuppa in the lovely garden!

While the room was cozy, I wished there was fresh milk instead of the small plastic pots. A little homemade treat would have taken the experience to the next level!

The room had these tiny, fiddly plastic pots for milk. how quaint. I expected fresh milk as a standard. The lack of homemade treats made it feel less irish and more cookie cutter. I almost left a positive review, but a complimentary gesture would have been nice, considering the noise from the busy road. really unthoughtful.

I loved the spotless rooms, spacious layout, a cozy kitchen area, and the overall warm vibe of the place. The friendly host made my stay feel nice and relaxed.

Hot water occasionally ran low!!! Fresh milk instead of those tiny plastic pots would be a much appreciated touch!!! The availability of homemade treats could elevate the guest experience significantly!!!

Lovely stay with cozy vibes

We had an awesome 3 nights here! The garden was the perfect spot for morning coffee, and Martina always had great chat during breakfast. The bed was super comfy, but the noise from the main road could be a bit much at times. Definitely worth it for the overall experience, though!

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the spacious, spotless room and the delicious full Irish breakfast each morning. There’s a nice garden area perfect for relaxing with a good book or just soaking up the sun. The only thing we noticed was some noise from the busy road out front, but it didn't ruin our experience at all, so just ask for a room in the back if you prefer more quiet. 😊

Seven Oaks B&B is an impressive gem! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, featuring a comfy bed and a large en suite bathroom. Martina added a personal touch with her warm hospitality, and breakfast was a treat with a full Irish fry served hot and freshly cooked.

It was just an excellent fit for a short staycation in Ballyhaunis, value for price. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a cozy night’s rest. If you're sensitive to noise, request a room at the back.
